Now a days virgin coconut oil is becoming very popular but it is too costly . Recently I have read about rice bran oil which is also a very good cooking oil & also affordable.

If any one can focus more on it and give us some knowledge about it's usefulness in diabetes then we all are very thankful to him.

I tried rice bran oil for cooking. But it increased my heart palpitation, of course with my heavy loaded carb diet. I think i took from dhanwantari pharama.gujrat.
