Attaching a paper that reports shellfish consumption need not contribute to coronary diseases as commonly believed. Shellfish is supposed to be high in cholesterol. Medfree might find this interesting as this proves that dietary cholesterol need not contribute to the increase of lipo-proteins in blood.
