I am grateful to MEDFREE for all healthy views and i have controlled a lot.

i wnt to know one thing CHAPPATI should be weighted at the time of mixing atta and bran etc or after perparations

i have noticed a lot of differcne in weight while measuring raw atta and CHAPATI

I would weigh the flour (not bran as it is no carbohydrates) and calculate carbs from there.

I thought wheat bran also have some percent of Carbo.

Weigh the flour.While kneeling it absorbs water which increases it's weight.About 70% of flour's wt. would be carb.
