ITS CARBOHYDRATE THAT MAINLY INCREASES BLOOD SUGAR. AS SOON AS I CONTROLLED ITS INTAKE & BALANCED WITH DR.'S PRESCRIBED MEDICINE, MY SUGAR LEVEL CAME TO AN ENCOURAGING LEVEL. AM I IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?

Definitely you are in the right direction.Practice some regular exercise like walking.Your results will further improve.

I think you are right. In carbohydrates, you can take Oat meal or/and Dalia. Both release sugar at a slow pace. No rice or rice based products. No Corn Products.

Please let us know your experience.
