Yeah agree, just to complete their thesis these doctors go to any length moreover it also results in free dollars from pharma companies.

When Carb is spiking it then why Doc tell them to eat it and then make meds to control carb spiked BS ? if someone can just use basic logic i'm sure will understand atleast Diabetic can be very much controlled through Diet with less medicines / insulin but then once Meds / Insulin are taken we tend to feel safe to go back to same eating habits .
