I read a comment by a revered contributor indiacratus that Apple Cider Vinegar cures psoriasis. Well my twenty year old psoriasis mysteriously disappeared after I took ACV for swollen feet!

Apple Cider Vinegar may cure psoriasis!
I now recall that psoriasis became dormant after I started Apple Cider Vinegar but the discoloration reduced after I added Flax Seed (also for same primary purpose, knee joint and hopefully unclogging artery)...
May I know which brand of ACV are you using and what is the cost ?
Gentleness 100: Heinz, probably the best is priced high. Mostly I take American Garden but this time around I got Magic Time. BTW along with Apple Cider Vinegar Flaxseed may have played a positive role for me.
Could you please tell me how it is to be taken?
sukhram: Earlier I took 2 tablespoonful it in warm water (25o ml) with equal quantity of honey. Now I have cut out honey. So I take 4 tablespoon in water. I dilute the later take to have a slight mouth wash effect. Do not brush teeth or eat bony things for half an hour.
Gentleness 100: I started with Heinz, took Ditu for a while than shifted to American Garden. Magic time is also good.
I READ A TIPS IN A NEWSPAPER THAT TWO TEA SPOON OF ACV IN THE NIGHT REDUCES THE SUGAR LEVEL IN THE MORNING. NOW I AM PRACTICING AND WILL LET YOU KNOW THE EFFECT AFTER 1 MONTH.
jaisinghk 1. gr8. I look forward to the report
Noreal : It may work for jaisinghk1, but it certainly did not work for me.
I tried ACV for quite some time and my blood sugar continued to remain in the 120-150 range. Metformin 500 SR twice a day (after breakfast and after dinner) finally got my morning blood sugar down to 95-105 (thus far and falling).
type2: Not all herbs and tips work for all. Primarily, I used ACV for swelling and it worked. It impacts my resting pulse rate in a fashion that without running or jogging the average is like intense activity (pulse rate impact about 8 pulses per minute)...I have read somewhere that long tern use helps regain dead pancreas cells...ACV along with Linseed (Alsi) may have eradicated my psoriasis!
That's my point and has always been my point : That not all herbs/drugs work for all or even equally well for all.
I reiterate that I used ACV to try and solve my DP problem, nothing else. It did not succeed. After trying it for a long enough period and in sufficient qty.
But, that does not mean someone else may not have their DP mitigated using ACV.
Regards.
type 2: You are spot on! Even most successful allopathic drugs have a net benefit rate of about 40%. [You will agree that placebo effect ranges from 25 - 40%, same outcomes we get out of homeopathic brands, and most popular/successful allopathic good drugs work in 60 - 75% of the situations, so the net for them really may be under 50%!] Why else would a conscientious doctor give a short appointment to confirm drug efficacy in a long term treatment course?
