please take lasson, adhrak,anwla,pyas,lal mirchi and grind it into a chutney.

East this with food 3 times a day two spoons of chutney is enough. Continue this

for at least three months. blood sugar will come down to normal level.

Mr.Krishnan Definitely do not go for Vijaysar, better change your diet go for proper medication and compulsory do Yoga nad Pranayama 2 time morming and evening that will work but not Vijaysar.
