Fresh Karela juice may help up to certain limit but not everyone will benefit. Proper diet is the best solution.

this diet will not reduce the sugar level and you have to continue with medicines to control the sugar levels.

LCHF DIET WILL REDUCE THE BS LEVEL AND ALSO REDUCE THE USE OF MEDICINE.

At the best I can have two eggs and two chapattis for breakfast with desi ghee . I cut the medication but FBS shot up to 175 then I used insulin and diapride forte tabs then BS dropped down to Fbs137. this trnd shows I am ever depended on insulin ? and medication

Eat two eggs omlette mashed with half tomato and half Bell pepper, a small portion of cheese made in butter. you do not need to eat any chappati or bread. you may feel that this is very less but within 17 minutes of eating you will get the completeness feeling and wont feel hunger pang for three to four hours ( based on your body wt and structure)

I agree with gangadharn_nair ji,this appears to be balance &practical diets, all others mentioned here are of theoretical nature diets .which may or may not be advisable to use in the long term,as long term use of so called LCHF is not scientifically proven. Jamun&Kerala powder is beneficial in controlling D2 .one can use Kerala with your meal.I use both of them.

I stick to my opinion ,Sweeden is a backward country,it cannot dictate the terms to whole of world

medfree, let us not discuss anything for who does not agree LCHF. let them have their way happily.

What is said is true and those who practice LCHF will prove that it is the remedy needed for D2.

I was in USA and fully followed then the BS was low and . In India I can't follow fully due to common kitchen

Then the BS level Increased. K.rangaswamy
