will you please let me know your diet pattern for a day? because after reading all these I am more confused as to what sort of fat I can include in my food. I am also confused whether we can take milk as every body in this forum recommends only black coffee or tea. There should be some reason for that. Whether intake of milk will increase the sugar levels? Because my FBS is around 153 to 196 an PPBS is around 236. my HBA1c is above 8.5. Being in this forum, I think I can make use of expertise and experience of others and bring down my sugar level to normal. Please help me.

glyceride. that's main causes for heart problems. Whether save your self from diabetics & proceed to heart problem ? I am not a doctor but Dr. says about it that cholesterol increased with animal product either milk, milk products or meat and Triglyceride increased with vegetable oils. Please suggest
