Till Long wheat came in Vogue, best attas were whole chana atta 33%, oats atta 33% and wheat 34%. Bajra, Jowar and Ragi were also advised in rotation since each has diff amino acid profile and helps build better body. They are rough grains means have more fibre and keep yr stomach full longer. Except yr partner change everything and keep changing.
Yes but more than bajra bread it's jowar roti (or bread) that is more nutritious for a diabetic Bajra bread is hot hence should be eaten only in winter season
