Does Eating Dates harmful to diabetc patient.

Dates are good food suppliment. However it is said that it contains high sugar and harmful to diabetis. Please tell more about it.

Yes, it shoots up your blood sugar level rapidly. So, it should be avoided.

Yes diabetics will be better off by not having dates at all.

Not sure .It contains Iron and good anti oxidants but unable to vouch as it contains sugartoo.
