Is brinjal curry ok for diabetics or not really?

What about Brinjal Bhajia?

i do not have recipe of Brinjal Bhajias with alcohol. Can you tell me. Which alcohol to put and ow much. Eggs with coconut or olive oil will do?

No No In have it with full cream milk tea. Thanks

Brinjal or Bigan,or Garden egg can be cooked in many ways. 1) dry cook with potatoes and aloo add methi plus all othe spices including onions, garlic and mustard. 2) curry style ; first oil plus onions , garlic , jeera ginger , mustard plus dhania and haldhi powder slow fire for few minutes then add chopped bijan, brinjal stir and cover with low fire, stir occasionally then cover , you may add a little water. add salt nearly at the end and boiling water if you desired juice, finally add dhania and methi leaves.

3) add chopped brinjal to dhall of all kinds. also bhajia, roasted bharti brinjal with garlic and many more

all these are Indo Guyanese method of using brinjal. good for health
