how to cure diabetic permanently (tepe-2)

There is no any method available to cure it permanently. it can be only kept in controled with drugs, diets,exercise. Few researches are there in vessel to come for cure but it will take much time.

One of my Friend for more than six years with diabetic is now cured completley by maintaining the diet and excercise and now no medicine.It is type two diabetis.Ask one good dietician for the daily intake and follow the same you will kill the disorder

Dear Medfree,

One clarification, you said, Carbs < 100gms/day and Protein to 0.8 gm/kg of body weight (in my case 0.8X80=64 Gms)...............then how the 1600/2000 Clories/day requirement per day shall be met. What else in fat i can include in my diet. I am one of the beneficiary of ur LCHF compaign, which has really helped me, but i feel, due to lower carb intake, my protein intake has gone up and now if u say, it is also to be restricted to 64 gms/day, i would need to include more fat in my diet. Kindly advise.
