Dettol is very strong, might be better to mix with water. Salt mixed with water is also safe or neem soap is also a good option. Cotton underwears, washed and rinsed properly so all the washing detergent is out. Cranberry juice or lots of water to drink to avoid urine infections.

What about your BS level.It plays a vital role in frequent urination and thirst.
