I just started using karela juice to help my daughter who has type 1 diabetes. It is helping, but how much should I be using?

We are now using 2 ounces a day. Would adding alma juice be good?

amla and aloe-vera juice additions should be beneficial, my personal viewpoint.

Hi alliesmom,

I sincerely wish that some type 1 Diabetes persons try the Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen which CURED my type 2 diabetes in three years and enables me to be on NORMAL diet from 2009 till date. It can go in parallel with any medication you are otherwise following. That is the advantage of it because it is only a diet.

With even one person (me) getting cured of even Type 2 Diabetes it is amply clear that the Long Wheat Diet can revitalise or reactivate Beta cells of Pancreas. Hence I do hope & expect that same will happen in Type 1 patients also.

Long Wheat is after all a common food grain in use over centuries in several countries. Hence there is no threat of risk; why not you please please give a try for a month or two. In Type 2 cases it has shown amazing improvement in 2-3 days itself.
