Hi , How much relevance Walking / exercise has on Type 1 diabetes. I read online that it helps people with Type 2 diabetes.

Small Clarification. In your answer ....

The man with the syringe and and vial is more at advantage, because his instability of glucose level –can be detrimental, and for the healthy man his superior glucose homeostasis takes care of everything.

Hi vysettyg,

I have read all the material above. My request below is after that. I need not be taken as an expert; apply your expertise & logic to decide.

I sincerely wish that some type 1 Diabetes persons try the Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen which CURED my type 2 diabetes in three years and enables me to be on NORMAL diet from 2009 till date. LWMDR can go in parallel with any medication you are otherwise following. That is the advantage of it.

With even one person (me) getting cured of even Type 2 Diabetes it is amply clear that the Long Wheat Diet can revitalise or reactivate Beta cells of Pancreas. Hence I do hope & expect that same will happen in Type 1 patients also.

Long Wheat is after all a common food grain in use over centuries in several countries. Hence there is no threat of risk; why not you please please give a try for a month or two. In Type 2 cases it has shown amazing improvement in 2-3 days itself.

Please read MY REPLIES part 1, 2, 3 & 4 to question AT diabetesindia.healthunlocke...

Being diabetic for many years need not (in fact does not) make one wiser or more knowledgeable on diabetes.

Like a licensed driver helping a learner, I can probably guide you because I am experienced by curing my diabetes (Type-2) in 2009.

Neuropathy or damage to nerves happens due to high sugar and high cholestoral. So why not control our blood sugars levels and eat less of saturated fatty foods.

Excercise improves blood circulation and helps avoid damage to nerves. If you can't walk, do yoga, stretching, and other indoor excercise. Maybe even lift light dumbells and slowly swing arm.
