YOU can consume long wheat as long as you want and need in any form that suits your taste. You cannot cure diabetes because it is physiological disorder and not a disease. As long as you manage it properly you may not apparently observe diabetic symptoms, but once you become relaxed and careless, diabetic symptoms are bound to manifest again.

Hi ra123,

I think you can search on this forum for "Long Wheat" or "LWMD", you can find articles of Mr. George and other users explaining the procedure how to use Long Wheat. In short, I have tried LWMD, rotis made of Long Wheat atta, dosas made of Long Wheat flour. And I did not find much difference in results with the above variations, all gave normal sugar values. But if you are going to try any of those options, please share your results here.

thanks dear......there is a ques for all ......it is said that water should not be consumed 1 hr before and 1 n 1/2 hr after food as water will not allow the food to be digested and convert into toxic substances for example, uric acid, bad cholestrol etc. But people suffering from any disease like diabetes need to take medicines with water after or before or with food......so is it better to take medicines with hot water as of tea if it does not stop digestion process??????????

The usual advice :

NEVER TAKE MEDICINE WITH HOT WATER UNLESS ADVISED BY YOUR DOCTOR. ALWAYS TAKE WITH PLAIN WATER.

The medicine ( Tablets / Capsules ) are supposed to go to your stomach & then start their action.

Another risk of taking with hot water is, the medicine might start dissolving in your throat & .......

As to avoiding water just after food, the basic logic is, it dilutes the digestive juices.

Don't stress yourself too much.

Another thing. Sometimes the prescribed tablets have to be chewed & then swallowed ( specially some of the vitamin tabs ). The Doctors sometimes miss out telling this to the patient. My advice, always read everything written on the Medicine box or strips before starting to take a new medicine.
