i am able to control my sugar levels.. The moment i lie down and touching the feet on the bed feet are becoming cold have to put socks

Especially when fan is put on feet and fingures are becoming restless I have to put on socks

even in day time.Neurobion+was prescribed but no much effect.It is told me that once the level increased 200 even after bringing to normal the tingling will exist.Is there any cure?pl advice
