I do not think this info that green tea contains a lot of carbohydrate is correct. I have read a lot of material and no where found like this. Taking up to 4 cups of green tea in a day is perfectly safe-though it is good idea to limit to 2 or 3. It gives to me sufficient warmth in winter and a good kick to keep active-which by itself reduces sugar level. If some one is talking about six cups a day then any good thing in excess is definitely bad. What do you think what will happen to you if u gonna take 10 avocados and 2 kg of salmon every day?
I used to take 500 ml green tea per day for the last three years since my Angioplasty and I feel rejuvenated. This is not blended item but estate fresh pure green tea and as water I am taking it with me in a flask.
