Open heart surgery with multiple problems with 20% efficient heart.

I am male 73 just had open heart surgery for 3 blocked arteries. I have no sugar problem but lung was full of fluid. My gal balder was removed 5 years back due to stone. my heart pumping blood efficiency is just 20% only. I have brancho asthmatic problem also. I My creatinine level is 1.4 only and taking medicines under cardiologist guidance for blood thinning and strengthening remaining heart mussels. I am almost disabled and in bed as walking and brushing teeth in the attached bath room is straining me such that it takes 10 to 10 minutes to regain normal breathing. Almost i faint for want of oxygen and get admitted in the nursing home. I consume one litter whisky every week. If i increase the quantity can i go to see my parents in heaven soon?
