nO BEAT ROOT IS STRICTLY PROBHITED AS ITS SUGAR CONTENT IS HIGH

It is true that it is not advisable for a diabetic to eat beet root.Keeping that in mind and if your diabetes is otherwise under control,you may eat very moderately.

All kinds of tuber crops should be avoided as they are rich in carbohydrates.
