Hi jayakumar,

No body has responded to you in three days. I also do not know much about sound therapy. If you are diabetic & the problem has happened due to diabetes, controlling/curing diabetes may help you.

Please give your FBS, PPBS & HbA1c results. Also tell height, weight, details of food/drink intake like what, when & how much from one morning to next morning; that only will give a picture of your state for us to give you some specific advice.

Diabetes is a fundamental disorder. It is comparable with low voltage in an electric circuit. In both cases all connected subsystems will under-perform and will fail in due course. It will affect SEX life also, if diab is not contained. Diab impairs the glucose (SUGAR) & oxygen supply to ALL CELLS of the patient. You cannot compensate the resultant weakness with liquor, food or medicines.
