Head ache in Diabetes

My mom get Severe pain in Head back side & that last fro 2 days - She is diabetic and also hv high BP . Informed doctor many times - but say its alright.

Why is that come when take proper insulin & BP medicines daily

75 kg, 5'2 & Blood sugar fluctuate 130-200 , 52 years, Insulin with istavel, Telma, moxovas, roseday 10, Gebepine NT & Nervz B.
