insulin is a must for the body

insulin is the only way to control diabetes for patients whose pancreas does not produce any insulin. All the vital organs will damage if sufficient insulin is not in the blood. This will affect eye, kidney, limbs, heart etc.

True. That is why a diabetic should minimise the demand for insulin by consuming less carbohydrates to the extent possible.

glucose is the food for cells. sells can,t survive without it. carbohydrates release more sugar(glucose) to the blood. By minimizing the carbohydrates in take we can control sugar to a certain extend, but we can not avoid it.

I am having a different experience. Please read this with patience..........

The world capital of sugar patients is India.......Why? Why not the european countries........Why the diabetic patients are low in these countries? If u would have watched English movies you can see people eating habit. They will never open their mouth while eating.......On the contrary in our country we converse, open our mouth wider, watch TV and eat our food with all stress & related activities.

Our biological system is very fine and unique. GOD has created saliva in which the enzyme Ptaylin is there. This plays a very important role in controlling our sugar levels. We need to drink little water before taking our food. Then gulp the food into the mouth and chew the food nicely and grind it with our teeth mixing with saliva which will prepare the food for digestion. Then it has to be sent inside. Don't drink water inbetween. While chewing keep your mouth totally shut. Don't open your mouth.

If we start practising this simple thing in our life, you can see the sugarlevels under control in reality..........This is my real life experience......

thanks for the info

Thanks, boss. Soooo, if I chew my food nicely and keep my mouth shut while eating, I am free to eat my favorite mutton biryani, rumali rotis, aloo parathas and then follow up with garam jalebis, pedas, barfi & gulab jamun ???

From now on my mouth is totally shut (while eating).

Thanks, boss. And, OK, I won't watch TV or drink water inbetween. I'll just concentrate on the food and the Haagen Dazs thereafter.

Insulin is resorted not because pancreas does not produce it, but also because the insulin produced is ineffective to convert your glucose into energy. You may take C peptide testwhich will give you the quantum of insulin produced in the body and not effective to convert into energy. So To have better control the best remedy is insulin only and not tablets as the tablets are not helpful to make pancreas to produce insulin within your body. It is like drawing water from well and well gets dried up after sometime. I enjoy all types of food when started taking insulin injections twice a day in the morning and night and my sugar level is good and put on weight and gain energy which is not available in tablets.

Please go to google and study what is C peptide and why Physician takes this test . The test helps the doctor to decide whether pancreas dried in total from producing insulin or insulin produced but ineffective which requires stimulation through tablets. It is better to resort insulin from outside when insulin secretion in pancreas is dried out.
