Your PPBS level is not so bad. Post-prandial blood sugar should be less than 140 mg/dL. It can go up to 200 mg/dL.

Eat the same quantity of food in three servings i.e., 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

Walk for 30 minutes after taking meals.
