Your diet plan should be worked out by you based on your tastes, habits and preferences. What is required to be kept in mind is how much you are eating at each meal and how much carbohydrate load you are putting on your system.Sugar, sweets, starchy foods like rice, wheat, grains, potato.beet etc should be consumed with extreme caution.Foods like vegetables, greens, chicken, fish etc do not demand insulin much and therefore can be consumed more liberally. You may also consume some commonly available house hold food supplements like methi dana, amla, sprouts etc. which are safe in the long run.

You have not mentioned your present sugar level.

We suggest to take Chandra Prabha Vati Tablets one a days at the time of break fast if it is at normal level. if you can send your Hba1c report details we can advise properly other wise any diet plan can lead trouble for you. Also mention at present what medication treatment you are going through and your height , Weight.

After receiving such details we can work out and plan a goods diet chart for you which may help you to reduce sugar level .

Take Chandraprabha vati 2 times each every day. This Ayurvedic Medicine is capable in curing 16 types of Pramehas (Diabetes).

Vasant kusmakar Ras Vati one tab with breakfast and one before dinner in the evening. This will reduce your sugar level fast. so keep monitoring the same.

In addition to this take Rasayan Churna 5 to 10 gms early in the morning and before sleep with warm water. Drink 12 to 15 glass of water per day.

Have regular meals , no skipping of meals. take reports every 15 days and then consult your alopathy doctor, he will definitely reduce your daily doses.
