Can anyone share effective and experienced Indian diet plan, which will keep sugar levels in control
Very simple!. Watch out for hidden and free sugar in all food and drinks that goes into your mouth?
Keep a food diary.
Get a smaller dish and plate to eat smaller food portions.
Only three meals a day, evening meal before 6:30 PM.
Every other day no breakfast, only liquid ,no sugar.
This is very difficult to achieve, but it is possible.
Check the carb on the food label on all food and drinks.
Try and enjoy life. As they say no pain no gain!!
Spend some time searching the old posts.
Try Intermittent Fasting 14/8 or 18/6 or you can start OMAD like me .. I will help BG Control , If you are on OMAD you can almost eat everything except few unhealthy card foods and Sugar etc ..
there has no food plan . Sandy has given his view which is well respected . but I think some one has to write the food items with timings .
yes exactly I was referring that, there are lot of people even dr says continue what u r eating but don't eat this don't eat that, so its always confusing. We can follow some strict diet which will keep sugar level in control.
I can tell you what I eat for breakfast on daily basis, but you may not like the taste!
Pre packaged porridge for microwave for 2 minutes. Once it is out of the microwave, I add ground cinnamon 1/2 tea spoon, 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder, Socked fenugreek one table spoon, drink the fenugreek water, 1/2 table spoon of honey.
To start wit it was difficult, no I am OK with it. Lunch and dinner, it varies.
