why is it so, and any forum member can enlighten me on this subject????
i am eating almost reasonably near the 'priscribed' diet..and exercise 5/6 days a week..
..
but some friend told me that ''diabetic' doctor is very less informed [!!??]....and one should always go to a 'ENDOCRINOLOGIST' ..if you are a diabetic....
i am a otherwise helthy person ...except this diabetes..
what is the option then? where to hide? what to do ?

Both Diabetician and Endo.... belong to the same clan.It is like Diabeticians are like Diploma Holders ( short term duration cources) and Endo's are degree holders(long term). AND Endo's deal mainly with metabolisms systems which cover many body systems while D's are mainly concentrate on Diabetic problem. I know very good diabeticians who deal very comprehensively on all aspects of diabetics and its related problems. Perhaps this comes with experience. I have gathered this info from a well known Endo.. in a Super Speciality Hospital in faridabad..
