Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas to control blood sugar. Diabetes can be caused by too little insulin, resistance to insulin, or both.

Hereditary factors (father/mother/grandfather/grandmother etc being diabetic), Severe mental/physiological/psychological shocks, prolonged tension/stress/anger/hatred, undisciplined food habits, sedentary (no exercise) lifestyle etc are considered as reasons giving rise to diabetes.

People who are not & could not be CURED of diabetes will & can only say that it can NOT be CURED.
But people who are CURED can not say so. They will say DIABETES IS CURED, BECAUSE IT IS THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE.
I am cured of diabetes Type II & so I keep saying that AT LEAST TYPE II DIABETES IS CURABLE.
It is up to the patients to decide whom to believe & follow. If one follow a wrong path one will reach only a wrong destination.
Those who do not want cure can believe those who are not cured & those who can not cure.
I can only tell. I cannot make them do what did.
There is a proverb "THE JOCKEY CAN ONLY TAKE THE HORSE TO A STREAM" which means that THE PROCESS OF DRINKING WATER TO QUENCH THE THIRST IS TO BE DONE BY THE HORSE ONLY; jockey is helpless in that.
