Diabetic patient must not use sugar free regularly because it can damage liver. It is better to use sugar directly. Sugar free is a chemical not herbs it has side effects. it has different disorder which is seen very late.better to reduce sugar by cut off carbohydrate and starch remember the point diabetes is not a disease so it is not cured it is metabolic disorder so it can not be cured but it may be maintained easily by reducing diet. It can damage liver basically liver is is responsible for diabetes because liver is such organ which control the function of pancreas. if you use regularly sugar free it increases the more chance of more diabetes so you do not use sugar free you reduce blood sugar by exercise and herbal medicines and some extent allopathic medicines that has low side effects.

I have been reading for the last two weeks that there are several advises given by several people about curing or controlling diabetic.. What is the authenticity of such advises unless a diabetic doctor confirms the same.
