can I take groundnut.?

I do not feel hungry even after 4 hrs.I do not take anything after 2hrs.Is it a bad sign.?

Peanut (groundnut) may be consumed in moderation. Some are prone to peanut allergy.

Yes you can in moderation provided they are not deep fried. Also if also have BP issues then avoid the salted ones. Your daily intake of peanut or any other nut shouldn't exceed 40-50 grams in a day divided into 2 doses. But kindly note peanut has a high glycemic index and load as compared to many other nuts and just might spike the sugar temporarily.
