I am overweight pls suggest food habits to keep weight and diabetes in control
Over weight is a problem unique to each individual.It could be due to over eating or sedentary lifestyle or eating wrong kind of foods like junk food,coke etc.Please review your life style and identify why you are putting on weight.Based on that,you can find a solution.But basically you have to cut down on carbohydrates,coke,junk food deep fried snacks etc.Avoid eating anything after an early dinner.Avoid frequent snacking particularly when you are not hungry.What is needed is will power.You can do it.

take only two steps
1.start brisk walking jogging swimming running playing sports daily
2. no outside food only home cook food as much as you can.
