This subject is not related with strictly with diabetes. But I will give you a tip.Cultivate constant choice less awareness. That means what ever happens inside and outside you ,you are instantly and constantly aware. And you accept for what they are. you are not judgemental about the people, their actions or the events unfolding.Think about it and practice if sounds sensible

Anger is a reaction to not having things happen your way. So in a way it is a tantrum. Adults realize that everything cannot happen your way.

Not all anger is destructive. Many social ills have been removed because the person concerned felt angry.

The main difference is that the person channelized the anger into a constructive behaviour. The most famous example is Gandhi. He could channel his anger against injustice into independence and a political doctrine.

In my opinion, not being angry is not the aim, it is utilizing the anger energy constructively. Anger without a positive redirection is what is juvenile and harmful

I am not a doctor to answer this.

The first sign of ensuing anger is getting irritated. As soon as you start feeling "this man is talking crap", " this man is talking nonsense", your irritation starts leading to anger. This may be due to the feeling of "I am right and you rare wrong" which all of us at some point or other have gone through in dealing with others. The first step in controlling getting irritated and the ensuing anger is to have belief that the other person has an equal right to have an opinion just as you are entitled to have an opinion. His opinion may be different than what you have. Instead of "I am OK, you are NOT OK" feeling, develop " I am OK, You are OK " feeling. The earth will continue to rotate with neither of our inputs. The anger may be left out part of our childhood ( throwing tantrums). Give vent to anger in a constuctive way.

You do not get irritated when you read "thisisbecausethespacebarinthekeyboardisnotworking"
