Juvenile diabetes means insulin dependent Type 1 diabetes .Type 2 is non insulin dependent diabetes which can be managed by tablets only or with insulin.There is one more type called gestational diabetes which occurs while the lady is pregnant and generally disappears after delivery.What ever be the case,only a qualified and experienced doctor can take care of her.There is very little that this forum can advise you.
