I have read that green Papaya cut in cubes or slivers - 15 gms boiled with tea - 1 tsp taken 3 times daily will reduce joint pains. Continue for 90 days for cure. Result tangible in 15-20 days. Repeat at 10 day intervals X 3 days to remain cured. This trial is due by me as I don't suffer this.

Arthritis is mainly due to less blood cholesterol level. Normal if serum lipid profile is tested for arthritis patients, it is noted that their total cholesterol is around 160 mg /dL; HDL is around 35 mg / dL; LDL is about 110 mg / dL. Generally it is ignored assuming that cholesterol is under control.

earnestly request some most experienced physician in diabetic treatment to confirm the comments related to Cholesterol levels and Green Papaya treatment to cure joint pains.I am badly suffered from this problem and trying all suggestions received from others to no good effect.
