Authencity of reports?

Hi I got my Fasting and post lunch blood test done to check for the sugar levels. Three months back, my fasting and post lunch reports were normal, but this time my fasting reading is 321 and post lunch is 421, which i think is considerably high. But i do not have or feel any symptons of such high sugar levels. My question is, how true are these readings and should i get myself tested again?

The most surprising part is, even with such high levels, i do not have any symptoms of high sugar levels. I plan to get the retest done in this week.
