Short intervals of eating or long intervals of eating like intermittent fasting is good to lower the sugar levels

To control sugar levels some people say to eat six times insted of three times. I am confused.I want an expert opinion please
If you need to eat every couple of hours, then you are experiencing sugar highs followed by a sugar crashes. That means you are never satisfied and you cannot access stored fat as the insulin (the storage hormone) will prevent it. It also means your diet is carbohydrate based. If you base your diet on natural fats and proteins and keep carbohydrates to green vegetables you will be fine.
Thank you for replying. You mean to say the carbohydrate intake is minimum and more of vegetable and good fats we can have small portions in small intervals instead of big portions just two times a day.i
You could do if you wish, but if you eat a high fat, low carbohydrate meal to satisfaction it's very unlikely you will want, let alone need to eat whole natural foods more than three times a day. Snacking was not normal when I was growing up, but is a factor of modern processed foods. Most people were not overweight, nor fed the message that you had to eat something torn from a packet to sustain you between meals!

What are your timings of food. If you feel hungry in between what you eat.I also want to follow brunch and dinner pattern. Kindly guide me
Many people like me often spend 12 hrs or more a day at work. I have experienced first hand how productivity is adversely impacted when one's mind is occupied with planning the next meal all the time. The working populace simply cannot afford to graze every two hours, throughout the day.
It is very easy to skip meals on LCHF diet, and thus it goes very well with intermittent fasting.
Logistics apart, does eating 6 meals a day actually work for BS management or weight loss?
Frequent meals especially those with good amt of carbs will ensure release of insulin
6-8 meals a day means hyperinsulinemia throughout the day
Imagine the harm it will do to you.
I have a heave breakfast with just around 30 gms of carbs and loads of good fats and some proteins
Afternoon at around 3.30 or 4.00 some nuts like walnuts, pine nuts, almonds and a piece of cheese
Dinner at around 10 or so with low carbs of around 30 Gm again
2 tea breaks in the day. No snacking
BS under good control and no frequent carbs intake..
