please do help me to stop my sugar level as i am fed up of eating medicine daily morning and evening

You can control diabetes only by taking medicines prescribed by your doctor. Brisk walk of about 1 to one and a hlaf hours daily will also control in reducing sugar level.Green tea ( 3 to 4 cups a day ) without sugar will help in reducing sugar level.
