I am 65 yrs old, having dia. for the last 20 yrs. My fasting is between 105-115 & PP remains at 150-155. I am on Gluconorm-G 1 Forte twice daily before meals and for BP I am taking Stamlo-T. I have read somewhere that using big wheat/jau/barley instead of wheat is useful in controling BS. Can any one guide. Thanks

May be to some extent becuase they cause slow digestion, helpful for meagre insulin discharge in diabetes patients.
