No.Never think of smoking with diabetes. Your sugar level will raise immediately on smoking and you will feel abundand thirst, hunger, body burning , restlesness, sleepy but can not sleep and some sort of discomfort that can not be explained. These were my experiences,after 38 years of smoking. 1962 to 2000. I am 72 now.

Detection of diabetes has nothing to do with .But continued smoking even after detection and taking medicines has very bad effects on your diabetes. I was smoking for 38 years and it is from my personal experience of 38 years of smoking

for daibtic non daibetic is not good it will cause lung cancer

Smoking is injurious to health - one and all - diabetic or non diabetic. Stop it immediately. You have a long life to go. Best luck.
