Taking insulin is painful can it be useful to take Janumet tablets instead.

It all depends on whether you are a type 1 diabetic or type 2 also on your sugar count, please get your sugar levels tested, the best thing to do is taker medications and Jamun tablets with a gap of 20 minutes, then check, Jamun will definitely help in negating sugar in your body.

Thank you so much for your answer.This is about my wife. She is type 2 diabetic patient since 10 years.she has been using medicines as per the doctor's advice .as she is not walking regularly the sugar levels are not fully controlled.She is taking 12 units insulin 2 times daily in addition to the tablets Iscept forte in the morning and evening and voglitor MF 2 in the afternoon before lunch.

Is it possible to control the sugar levels without exercises like walking.Kindly suggest me in this regard. Thank you

While walking helps, in extreme cases we should compromise, what I suggest is everyday on empty stomach mornings take on heaped teaspoon of the Jamun powder with water, and do the same last thing at night that is after dinner. In addition to that sometimes in the afternoon, take a pinch of cinnamon powder with lukewarm water. Continue your medicines and check the sugar levels after a month, or 15 days, you will definitely find some improvement.

ORAL Insulin is NOT yet developed. Tablets are to stimulate the pancreas. Diabetes is a result of disease of pancreas. So if you make the already damaged pancreas to do over-work it will become weaker & diabetes will GROW. That is what most of the diabetics including your wife saw. So Insulin is BETTER THAN TABLETS.

Insulin is best if taken in correct dose.It will not cause any side effects and safe.
