[Off topic] How do I link to a post of mine?

I posted two messages to a long discussion here in the diabetes community. I would like to create a link to one of my messages because it summarises my background history and then use the link in another post. Is this possible?

The conversation I mean is the following one and my post I want to refer to is three quarters of the way down. It starts with "I am the original poster".
