i think a lot of peeps work some for different reasons i just had another yes/no do i made some bread with stone groundflour well it was another porridge job NOOOOOOOOOO BREAD wow lost again then reading online stone ground is low glycemic ?? so do or dont overto you friends

well concerned i think you said it all there but it all went over my head only went to "secondary" but i think i get the gest or glycaemic so let me have a go in plain english peeps conditions x moods x daily life = well being to that aim LOOSE WEIGHT by what ever sensible method miss my walkies fishing which was a BIG THING mite get to canal near road one day and lasso myself to car
