Hey I'm new ti the group I was told three years ago I had type 2 and they placed me on metformin. I took the meds for about year. In the meantime while going to get my A1c checked where they always came back as normal. Go back to a different doctor where they tell me I'm not a diabetic and never was. I think taking the metformin have caused me nerve damage I still get tingling sensation in my feet and hands. I just dont know anymore.

if it looks likely then please take a look at this forum.
there are rare instances where B12 deficiency has lead to problems with blood sugars because of the part it plays in the Krebbs cycle.
