My lab reports

I am 60 years old, diabetic for the past 23 years. Started LCHF diet 10 months back. Stopped insulin and taking 2 tabs as advised by LCHF doctor. Good news is that I have stopped BP and thyroid tablets since one month and yesterday's lab reports showed normal values. But the abnormal values are:

Ketones positive (+++) in urine.

Multiple echogenic masses in the right lobe of the liver

Grade I prostatomegaly

Triglycerides:234

Total cholesterol:340

LDL:235

HDL:58

VLDL:47

Total cholesterol/HDL :5.86

LDL/HDL:4.06

HbA1C:7.2

Six months back, I had these tests and the results are also high. Even after 6 months, the results are high.

My diet is usually Omlette (3 eggs)made with VCO handful of almonds, few walnuts, chicken curry made with butter, salads consisting of cucumber, red and yellow capsicum, red cabbage, onion dressed with VOO, cinnamon powder, chat masala, black pepper, butter and cheese. Vegetable curries and paneer.

Daily I do 5 rites of Tibetan yoga, climbing 30 steps on staircase (up and down) 10 minutes of meditation and 20 minutes of pranayamam.

I request the experts and veterans to advise what is wrong with me.
