Afternoon Sweats

Hi, I am concerned about afternoon sweating from the back of my head. It happens approx an hour to two hours after lunch. It doesn't appear to matter what I have eaten. Any thoughts of why this may be happening

I'm the same th it's anytime of day it's actually becoming a bit embarrassing as my skin is constantly clammy..x
