Carbohydrate has brought you to where you are now and control of your intake of carbohydrate is what will reverse it. Taking herbal supplements is guesswork and hoping.

Take the supplement if you wish, but take note of your numbers. When you find it ineffective try this:

There certainly is, but good luck with your regime.

I'd be very interested in seeing your results in a few months. By that time your condition should be reversed.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes several months ago and my doctor wanted to put me on medication. I refused and told her that I could control it with diet. I was diagnosed after I took a diabetic prevention class (lol).

My A1C was 6.7. She ordered me to write down eveything I ate and gave me a glucose kit to test my blood sugar once a day. She referred me to a diabetes educator. I complied with this.

I went on the one month no sugar challenge. AIso, I virtuously cut out almost all processed foods. I do not have carbs except bread at most of my meals. I limited my sugar intake. My A1C came down to 6.0. If I had taken the medicine, my doctor would have said my A1C decreased because of the medicine. It decreased because of my diet and the of course nothing works unless the Lord permits it.

Hopefully, when I see my doctor next month for my physical, my A1C will be even lower.

Wishing you the best.

Dear Maasaran ,

I don't have any idea about IME9, as I have not used the same , neither came across people who used it and verified personally its efficacy .

Dear Bhaswathy, can u please send me the details chart regarding diet and what are the precautions to be observed as I am unknown about this...

Take insulinnum 30 , pancreatinum 30 , two pills each per day .Eat whatever the other family members eat , but 1/3 of what they eat or what you were eating all these days before the attack of diabetes ..In between if you feel hungry have one orange once , one grated cucumber once , a fistful of peanuts once , glass of thin watery butter milk whenever you are thirsty , two pieces of dates per day , two dark chacolates per day .Since it is rather difficult to believe and depend on homeopathy totally for many , you can take whatever your doctor gives . Go for regular check up once in a week and accordingly reduce those medicines . Take insulinum and pancreatinum minimum 4 months . Take Ashwaagandh , ALOVERA , GINGKOBILOBA ,GINSENG , AVENASATHIVA , 5 DROPS EACH IN A cup of water before going to bed .All you get in any good homeopathic pharmacy .Once in a month take Ruta 200 ------ two pills .
