change in my eating habits

Hi all just letting you all know I am new to this so don t be to hard on me Since going on this healthy plan my glucose level has been up and down, had to hypos so far one when I was sleeping Hoping this will level out as I drop my insulin in take down The reason I am pushing myself is so I can have a hip replacement and to get my quality of life back fed up with the why I am going losing out on playing games with the grand kids
