change in my eating habits

Hi all just letting you all know I am new to this so don t be to hard on me Since going on this healthy plan my glucose level has been up and down, had to hypos so far one when I was sleeping Hoping this will level out as I drop my insulin in take down The reason I am pushing myself is so I can have a hip replacement and to get my quality of life back fed up with the why I am going losing out on playing games with the grand kids

Good luck burgerking. You may be following healthy eating guidelines, but the highs and lows suggest you need to fine-tune things for you. Look at phcuk.org/wp-content/upload... and phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...

Avoid high glycaemic foods such as potatoes, most bread (including wholemeal), cous cous, Weetabix, Shredded Wheat, or rice (cakes) glycemicindex.com .
