Severe Pain in Foot-arch !

Quiet recently I've started a severe pain on the right feet arch area ! This could not have been the shoes or walking exercise as I love going out with the dog - I'm (68 Yrs) and my concern is if it is related to Type-II Diabetic, OR anything else..... I'd be most grateful for any suggestions of remedy to avoid further deterioration

Any comments will be highly appreciated - Thank you.

I would suggest speaking to your GP.

not sure what you mean by 'this could not have been the shoes or walking'.

Does that mean that you don't experience the pain at all whilst walking or does it mean that you experience the pain constantly?

There is a condition called 'tarsal tunnel' in which the nerves running through the ankle and foot become constricted by a change in the shape of the foot - frequently associated with muscle weakness that also leads to flat feet.

If you are on metformin I'd suggest getting your B12 levels checked.

It would also be good to get checked in case it is the result of diabetic neuropathy.

THANK YOU, Gambit62 ! I'm really obliged for the suggestions to look out for the remedy - The pain is getting worse and now noticed a slight swelling at the angle ! Also, the stinging feeling of the nerves is all the time ! I suppose, it may have started with early morning muscle-cramps or something related to diabetic neuropathy - I'm on Metformin and Lantus Insulin injection for the last five years. Everything was under control until recently and the reading gone up slightly..... I'll speak to the GP - THANKS !

Ok, you asked! First, I have about 100 other Diabetics on my natural cure! It is Raw Milk and Honey. 12 ounces of Raw Milk and Honey! You cannot use store milk that is HOMOGENIZED or PASTEURIZED! If you do not use Raw Milk, it will not work. Your Feet Pain is due to Toxins gaining entrance into your Blood Stream without the Correct Processing by the ProBiotica that should be in you digestive track.

Food with indegredient labels are toxin. You have to stop consuming them.

You need to start your Raw Milk Diet slow! Your guts are pretty Malpopulated by Toxic Bacteria. The Raw Milk might make you feel sick at first while it is repopulating your Gut Biome. Try a Shot Glass to start out with

My Raw Milk and Honey Consumption Level is 12 ounces of Raw Milk and 1/4 cup of Honey mixed up before bed!

If you have questions "Google" Mayo Clinic Raw Milk Cure!

Now, to move on to "Serious" Remedies for Major Pain in your Feet!

READ THIS! THERE IS RISK TO INFECTION BY TRYING THIS! INVESTIGATE PROPER SANITIZATION PROCEDURES BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT SUCH!

I have my Significant Other push on the Bottom Area of my Feet with a Blunt 1/4 inch Diameter Dowell. When she hits a Spot where there is Extreme Toxic Build up, it feels like Pain beyond your Wildest Dreams. Mark the area and move on with the search for more.

Then Wash and Clean then Dry off the Feet and Ankles. Use an Antibotic Hand Wash type Cleaner and do once more! Them I have your helper use a Sewing Machine Needle and Puncture the area imediately above the "HOT SPOT"!

The Pain is Severe as an understatement! Remove the Needle and try to Squeeze as much Blood out as Possible. With a good amount of this "Blood Letting" your feet can go 1 week in pain free status!

This Procedure has been PooPooed by every Doctor I have discussed it with, but it works. If you want pictures, I will shoot some next time!

Good Luck!

Why not get your blood test done for fasting blood glucose and HbA1c?

Could it possibly be plantar fasciitis? It is inflammation of a tendon in the foot. It comes on suddenly and lasts for days. It hurts like heck: especially in the morning after you have been off of it for a few hours.

Hi HealingArtist ! I'm absolutely sure the symptoms are exactly as you've described: What I'd like to know is what is causing Plantar Fasciitis, so that I can avoid in the future ?? Hope this pain will go as it appeared out of the blue....... THANK YOU, for advice.

If this is what is happening you may need arch supports or orthopedics. Your doctor may be able to help you find a foot specialist.

Raw milk and Honey not only cures Diabetes but will assist with the Elimination of foot pain. I wish I had known this at the beginning of my feet pain.

You ain't gonna die trying this. I take 12 ounces of raw milk and 1/4 cup of Honey before bed. Works every time.

Most elderly people consumed raw milk on the farm or as a child and are not so stupid as to not try.

Google Mayo Clinic Raw Milk Cure for more info.
