How to bring down the diastolic level

I would like to know if there are some natural method for the above.

I do diaphram breathing and it helps the BP very much but at time i would like to bring the diastolic level down.

any suggestions please

further to the above request - i am a veg, reduced salt intake, do pranayama made many changes to lifestyle
